We bought our first digital camera in December 2007, a Panasonic Lumiz TZ-3. Then, after moving to the west coast and traveling we wanted something that would allow us to get higher quality pictures and capture the wonderful memories we were making in Reno and the west coast. Therefore, we bought our first DSLR, a Nikon D90, in June 2009.
We have learned that it is not the equipment that makes great photos, it is the photographer. A great photographer can make the same great photos regardless of the brand of camera. We are not experts, but we have come to love photography and are using our free time to learn as much as we can about it in order to produce better results.
